Jon is a guy who has been living around the states. Last semester he was the Managing Editor. He is gentleman and loves journalism. Jon can talk music and art but loves his science fiction. Coming up, he is going to see his way through college and see his girlfriend in Florida.

Brianna Pacheco
Brianna Pacheco, a second semester Biology major, says she plans on continuing her education at University of California, Santa Cruz for her bachelor’s degree of science in Biology and then complete her education at Stanford Medical School. Brianna wants to become a Primary Care Physician in both private practice and non-profit.

Stephanie chose to come to San Jose City College for location reasons. She drives to school Monday through Thursday. She is only taking two courses here, journalism and music. She wants to further her education in photojournalism and photography. She chose music because she has always had a love for music, but photography is her passion. As a child she wanted to be in the music industry, but now she wants to do music production.

Jonathan Caires is majoring in broadcast journalism. This is the first time he is taking journalism but has some experience in radio. He likes covering stories about conflicts and politics. He would like to eventually become a news anchor.

Timothy Rivera
Described as a leaf on the wind, Tim Rivera is a down-to-earth South Bay native. His loves of music and literature by Tom Waits and Hunter S. Thompson contribute to this notion of a man looking for his path. His companion is his dog Buddy, a 12-year-old Dalmatian, who continues to stand by his side. To pass the time, Tim watches local bands and DJs and plays both Punk and Flamenco music on his guitar.

Forged in the fires of the æther, B-to-the-randon Berthelsen, 23, has but one job to perform, one quest to finish, and that is to edit our great paper. With his bloodthirsty Associated Press style guide, he attacks punctuation and grammatical errors with fervor unseen before his time.
