- Talk to a counselor. Find out what you need to do, what classes you need to take to work towards your education goal, like transferring two a four year or a\obtaining a degree.
- Sign up for classes. Classes you want but are full may have students not show up, so even if the class seems full, go onto the wait list and sit in.
- Go talk to the Financial Aid Office in the Student Center. They are there to help make school affordable. Do the FAFSA, check out CAL Grant. See what money the government can give you.
- Get your Books as soon as possible. The bookstore on campus usually has them, but they may be cheaper online. Make sure you have your book so you do not fall behind in classes.
