SJCC golfer Johnnie Grecco missed the California State golf tournament by eight shots during the NorCal Championship Tournament at the par-72 course of Diablo Grande on May 6.<\/p>\n
\u201cI did not bring my game at NorCal,\u201d Grecco said. \u201cYou really have to be playing your best when competing against the best in the state.\u201d<\/p>\n
Head coach Donald Stagnaro reported that Greco shot rounds of 79-80.<\/p>\n
The Jaguars finished third in the Coast-South Conference, and Grecco ended the season fifth as an individual in the same conference.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m treating it as a learning experience and hoping to build on it,\u201d Grecco said. \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to our team next year.\u201d<\/p>\n
