They are one of the most common ingredients in recipes and easy to get in any supermarket.<\/p>\n<p>There are different amounts of vitamin C in different varieties fo tomatoes. For example, raw green tomatoes contain 23.4 milligrams, orange tomatoes contain 16 milligrams and yellow tomatoes contain 9 milligrams per 100 grams, which is slightly more than half of a large tomato.<\/p>\n<p>Sun-dried tomatoes are much richer in vitamin C, containing 39 milligrams per 100 grams. Canned tomatoes and tomato juice contain smaller amounts, respectively contributing 9 and 18 milligrams of vitamin C to your daily intake.<br \/>\nHere is a nutritious food called scrambled eggs with tomatoes.<br \/>\nFollow the directions below to learn how to cook this healthy dish:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (serves one person):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro or green onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Slice tomato into pieces similar in size to orange slices. Whisk the egg quickly in a bowl.\u00a0Heat pan and add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Add egg and stir fry.<br \/>\nWhen the eggs are cooked to one\u2019s liking, put the scrambled eggs on a plate.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, green onion, tomato slices and cook for two minutes.
