Open mic brings talent and glimpse of campus life<\/strong><\/p>\n

Media Club with sponsorship from KJCC, San Jose City College\u2019s student ran radio station, put on an open mic day outside the radio station and cafeteria on Wednesday May 6th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

[media-credit id=1 align=”alignright” width=”400″]\"KJCC<\/a>[\/media-credit]\u201cI can\u2019t believe I really got to just read my poem,\u201d said Christian Rosado, 23. \u201cI\u2019ve been writing for awhile and just have never read them aloud till now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Open mic gave students a chance to read their poetry, getting to do improv comedy, perform choreography, karaoke or just mingle and enjoy the entertainment.<\/p>\n

Open mic was a fun positive atmosphere; you could feel the energy of campus buzzing with excitement compared to other days.<\/p>\n

Could this be the first of many events to come from KJCC helping give the campus a spirit? Only time will tell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
